The EVIL of MARS!!!

I was screwing around with the nav cam pictures from the rover served up at JPL and figured I would make some 3d pics.

WHile doing the last picture I noticed something interesting in the bottom right corner:

This is a simple 2x enlargement of the JPL pic.

And with a 4x enlargement.

I did some other tricks to it for my own use, but it just turned out to trippy for me to post. I showed this to my 12 year old son, who wasn't even aware that we had landed a probe on mars last night, and asked him what it looked like; he said it looked like a roadkill alien.
